A Team Exploration dives into the team dynamics and interactions of your team. It reveals the relations and interactions between the team members and the image team members have of each other and their qualities.

Team members share stories, explore relationships and develop insight in their contribution to team succes (or team failure).

The Team Exploration allows deep conversation about team dynamics and hidden issues. Every participant is involved in the exploration. It is playfull and intuitive.

Team Exploration is succesfully facilated by 21 Lobsterstreet in different teams in different countries.

Team Exploration is based on LEGO Serious Play.
